Terms and Conditions 2022





All therapy appointments to be paid on booking. This amount is transferable* should you need to change your appointment (except within 48 hours prior to the appointment where no refund will be issued)

*If booked on Fresha (online booking) as a new client a £10 charge will be deducted (Fresha charges)

All courses to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the course start date.

Courses can be booked with a 20% deposit. This amount may be transferred to a new date up until the 4 week balance payment date. An admin charge of £10 will be deducted for this. 

The balance can be paid in instalments by arrangement. This is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the course start date. 

Cancellation charges after this date are as follows;


Within the 4 weeks prior to the course-

25% of the amount

3 weeks-50% of the amount

2 weeks-75% of the amount

1 week-100% of the amount
